1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CSVGen ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CSVGen is an AI-powered metadata generation service for stock photographers and content creators. The Service allows users to:

  • Upload images for AI-powered metadata generation
  • Generate titles, descriptions, and keywords for stock photos
  • Export metadata in CSV format for various stock platforms
  • Access additional AI tools and features based on subscription tier

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Tier

The Free tier provides 100 credits upon signup with limited features.

4.2 Pro Plan (Monthly)

The Pro Plan is billed monthly at $7.99/month and includes 10,000 monthly credits and access to all features.

4.3 Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime Plan is a one-time payment of $59.99 and provides unlimited credits and lifetime access to all features.

4.4 Payment Terms

All fees are in USD. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.

4.5 Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes both monthly subscriptions and lifetime plan purchases. Please review our separate Refund Policy for complete details.

4.6 Cancellation

Monthly Pro subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current or any previous billing periods.

5. Credits and Usage

Credits are used to generate metadata for images. One credit typically equals one image processed. Credits do not expire during an active subscription. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month. All credits are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent the Service
  • Use the Service for automated or excessive requests
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload content containing viruses or malicious code
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating metadata.

7.2 Generated Metadata

You own the metadata generated by our Service. You are free to use, modify, and distribute it as you see fit.

7.3 Our Service

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by CSVGen and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated metadata may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CSVGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CSVGen operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
