Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You have not violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Your account is in good standing

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free tier usage (as no payment was made)
  • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
  • Partial months of service
  • Add-on services or one-time purchases after 7 days
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations
  • Services used in violation of our Terms of Service

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the remaining time in your billing period unless you qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service, except in the following circumstances:

  • Service disruption caused by technical issues on our end lasting more than 48 hours
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Account termination due to our error

Free Trial Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users on our Pro and Enterprise plans. During the trial period:

  • No charges will be made to your payment method
  • You can cancel anytime without any obligation
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be automatically charged for your chosen plan
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee begins from the first paid charge, not the trial start date

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by contacting our management team at disputes@csvgen.com. We will review all disputed refund cases within 5 business days and provide a final decision. All decisions made by our management team are final.

Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase:

  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days
  • Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and may take longer during holidays or weekends.
