Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy
All purchases made for CSVGen services are final and non-refundable. This applies to all subscription plans including the Free tier, Pro Plan (Monthly), and Lifetime Plan.
By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
2. Free Tier
The Free tier does not involve any payment. The 100 free credits provided upon signup are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Pro Plan (Monthly Subscription)
The Pro Plan is billed monthly at $7.99/month. All payments are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the current or any previous billing periods.
We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
4. Lifetime Plan
The Lifetime Plan is a one-time payment of $59.99. This purchase is final and non-refundable.
Once purchased, the Lifetime Plan provides permanent access to all features and unlimited credits. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
5. Credits
All credits, whether free or paid, are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month and will expire at the end of each billing period for Pro Plan subscribers.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly Pro Plan subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at naeemanjum076@gmail.com.
Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.
7. Technical Issues
While we strive to maintain a reliable service, we do not offer refunds for temporary service interruptions or technical difficulties. In the event of extended service outages, we may, at our sole discretion, provide account credits or extend your subscription period.
8. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us immediately at naeemanjum076@gmail.com with details of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a refund for the erroneous charge only.
9. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, your account will be immediately suspended or terminated. Chargebacks are considered a violation of our Terms of Service. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
